Grandpa's Famous Cheesecake was created from our love of Cheesecake. The incredible Chef Lisa is a wonderful mentor. Years ago, we met the executive pastry chef as she was showing us how to make French Macarons. They were such a hit that we asked her if she would show us how to make Cheesecake, Grandpa Ken's favorite. Not only did she provide training to help us create scrumptious New York Style Cheesecake, but she also explained the importance of each ingredient, including Love. We mastered the deliciousness, tweaked the recipe, created new flavors, and it became our passion to share. With her encouragement and guidance, what started with requests from family and friends has grown into Grandpa's Famous Cheesecake of North San Diego County. Looking forward to sharing with you.
