Grandpa's Famous Cheesecake was created from our love of Cheesecake. With the incredible Chef Lisa, our wonderful mentor and former Executive Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons, we have developed a scrumptious New York Style Cheesecake. After transitioning from a construction background in 2020, we mastered the deliciousness, tweaked the recipe, created new flavors, and it became our passion to share. Everyone gets excited when you bring cheesecake, and it is heartwarming to see everyone's face brighten when they see us coming. With Chef Lisa's encouragement and guidance, what started with requests from family and friends has grown into Grandpa's Famous Cheesecake of North San Diego County. Looking forward to sharing with you and experiencing your excitement.
